The Bowflex Revolution XP Will Work For You If You Work At It

By Scott Mackenzie

The Bowflex Revolution XP is a not only a home gym, but also a top of the range fitness machine manufactured by a well-respected manufacturing group. Deciding on which exercise equipment suits you best is often a testing decision and you will certainly be wondering if it will work for you. This company has gained an impressive amount of attention with their infomercials, but with so many other products on the market, and a lot of them aren't particularly effective, how do you know if this one will help you.

There have been a large amount of informative advertising lately about this product, but then, a lot of home gyms advertise and many are absolute garbage. The home fitness machine and system, Revolution XP, is touted as a whole body gymnasium, which features 90 exercises and 400 variations of these. Bowflex call their machine "Spiraflex", but this describes both the physical machine and the program which goes with it.

It is quite noticeable that exercising with this system is a bit different from many other systems. Whilst many setups allow you to crib a little when exercising, this system lacks momentum in the movement and forces you to exercise correctly. Maintaining the correct form literally forces you to work muscles correctly, as intended.

This strictness imposed by this new system is unique in the arena of home gyms. It appears that to a large degree the advertising slogans are correct. Improvement of your life and your body can result if you stick to the suggested times and exercise routines.

Three periods of exercise weekly is not excessive. Not with only 20 minutes to each one. Simple fact is that it will work if you make the effort. No magic, just your body's reaction to a regular, systematic, well designed exercise routine; increased fitness and improved circulatory health.

One good aspect of this home gym system is that it allows you both the comfort and privacy of your own home. Whilst most will see this in a positive light, a few will miss their social gym outings. Get the best of both worlds, your friends can bring their machines over for a communal exercising session.

Another benefit of Bowflex Revolution XP is that there are a really large number of exercises. By adding variation to your routines you help keep your workouts fresh. When you return to a set again after some time has passed you may well notice the difference in the amount you can do, or the way you are doing them. This may well indicate your fitness has improved.
